FIXED! I apparently was a dumbass and all it took to get the picture put in the correct directory with my ftp crap. Now, if only I could edit my feedburner junk to tell itunes the description I’d like to have that would be lovely, but I’ll worry about that later. I’m now at the point that I’m waiting for itunes approval and we should be good to go, however long that takes.
Heh, I’ve run into an itunes/feedburner snafu, and would LOVE assistance if anyone has advice… . I’ve spent countless hours trying to work it out. I’m basically at the submission point on itunes, but my show picture doesn’t seem to work. No problem, I’ll go correct that and be on my way. Well, apparently feedburner takes the liberty of adding the appropriate itunes tags to the xml file and that info can’t be edited once feedburner has determined what to use.
I have one thing I may be able to do, because I know that itunes is looking for a picture I didn’t want to go with but may be forced to use, and I haven’t tried to enter that picture in feedburner yet, so that may work out but…
I’m also under the impression anytime that I look at itunes the picture is the main draw to a show, unless it’s something you already know you want to listen to, so it seems pointless for me to complete the submission process until I get that junk worked out.
I know the feed is accessable via my rss feed ( http://feeds.feedburner.com/adcp ) through itunes, but I’m not sure if entering that will bring up a list of shows or if it just automatically subscribes you. Any info there would be lovely as well. I apologize for being completely ignorant on the workings of itunes… It sucks because it sounds like the majority of podcast listeners come through itunes as well, so I’m kinda stuck.

finally thought I’d check this out. (just started streaming ep 17) Here’s my 3 min. impression (‘cause it’s probably at 3 min. that people hang in or turn off.): I may be able to get used to it, but the popping is really hard to deal with. There’s just a lot of dynamic range happening (is that a thing?) ...I mean it goes from quiet to loud so much it’s hard to listen to comfortably. It’s distracting me from the content. I’m not an audiophile/gearhead, so I don’t know what you do about that -better microphones/screens/compression/eq? Anyway… those are my thoughts after 3 min.

ok im going to give your show another shot cause people are saying good things about the later eps
but im sorry to tell you i really didn’t like the first few.
i started at 1 and stopped like halfway through 6.
i just don’t like how unorganized it sounds
and zach with an h
i got the same douche chills from the episode with brians little bro.
(he was my fav part about that ep actually)
you control the show too much and never really let a topic to grow.
“this is stupid lets move on”
“oh no one wants to hear us talk about this”
“ok moving on”
but like i said. im gonna listen to the new eps cause i see that you guys have potential

haha impossible question. our show is a lot different from uyd, so there’s a chance you’ll dislike it. i think 18 is alright. episode 19 is full of voicemails…completely different from our normal show.
