Would wearing a UYD shirt at the show technically make me ‘that guy’ I don’t think so.

I would say technically no it doesnt cuz its not a UYD show, but im not gonna wear mine. I would say the fact that you have to ask the question answers the question for you.

Don’t do it. I saw them in SF, good show. Nobody had a UYD shirt on. Better bet, buy a Jogger shirt and wear that. Then, when you get to meet J-Dog, quote UYD and see if he gets it.
Most importantly though, tell him he looks pretty on stage.
Oh, buy a poster too, they’re super fresh.

Doesnt a jogger shirt automatically make him that guy though, breaking the dont wear the shirt of the band your seeing rule? wasnt that rule somewhat the genesis of original question?

I would be at one of these shows if they were a wee bit closer. All three groups or artists are excellent. I must say though, Nosaj Thing is really invading my subconscious. Thanks. Love it.

Usually you would be that guy, but technically wearing a UYD shirt overrides anything. It’s not the same as going to see TOOL with a TOOL shirt. You’re not a tool for wearing a UYD shirt.

All that matters is you telling J-Dog he looks pretty on stage.

Last night was pretty dope. Some creepers up in that piece though, all in all good times. Congrats to them for selling the place out.

I was there the 23rd, UYD T-shirt and all.  What a night!  Thanks to Jah and Amir and everyone for making it the best night I’ve had in a while.
